For products and services offered by Curtiss Engineering & Research use the search link on our home page
Use the form below to search for documents, in the Tech Support Section of our web, containing specific words or combinations of words. The text search engine will display a list of matching documents, with better matches shown first. Each list item is a link to a matching document; if the document has a title it will be shown, otherwise only the document's file name is displayed. A brief explanation of the search engine is available, along with examples.
The search engine allows you to configure your search by making choices from the drop down menus "within" and "using" above. Your choices will determine how narrow or broad the search is and the amount of results. An example: choosing "file name" and "exact phrase" would be vary narrow search. Choosing "all text" and "all words" would be a vary broad search.
Make your choices as they pertain to what you are searching for. Starting out with a broad search, allows you to narrow your search down to more specific data, if the amount of resulting data is overwhelming. Starting out narrow allows you to expand your search if little or nothing was found using a narrow search.
Both examples would help with a search, so you end up with relevant data and don't spend time going thru irrelevant search results looking for an item of interest.
