Vicki, I have a couple of questions.... What brand and model of computer? What operating system do you have>> windows 98, 2000, XP, etc?? What model of Lexmark printer? How memory do you have? What type of connection>> Parallel, Serial, USB? Did you install a Lexmark printer contol panel application? Did you get any error messages during the installation of printer drivers and adding your printer to your computer? Once you send us this info we will go from there or you can contact Lexmark, their contact info is on our FAQ page.
