Bought this product today march 24 loaded it onto our computer we just perchased at best buy a month ago loads of memory on hard drive, 2.3 gig hard drive space, but when i go to run after installing all items from all three disks it tells me sorry i can't use the program sorry for the inconvenience. It won't let me get into start with blank design. Hope to get your help soon.
