Christy, With Outlook open, go to menu bar and "click" on "Go" then "click" on "Folder List". To add a new folder to your Personal Folders, right "click" on Personal Folders in the Folder List, "click" on "New Folder". Name your folder and make sure Personal Folders is highlited in this window, "click" OK. Your new folder should show up in alphabetical order under Personal Folders. Too add a sub folder, for example under the Inbox. Right "click" on the Inbox folder in the Folder List, "click" on "New Folder". Name your folder and make sure the Inbox Folder is highlited in this window, "click" OK. Your new folder should show up in alphabetical order under the "Inbox Folder".
