Leon, What operating system are you using and what version of IE do you have? What version of Norton internet security did you install? When you said "when you tried to open Internet Explorer the page will not open" did you mean that Internet Explorer wouldn't open or a selected site or any site wouldn't open in IE? What if any error messages do you get? Please describe your steps when IE fails and your steps when IE works.
