I need to er..install my canon b j scanner, can you tell me how to do this, when i put the c d in it will not start up, so i want to know what i need to type in so that it will run and install. the serial number is uyu024813 and it is a canoscan 5000 f ...thank you very much, Betty Dinges....bettyd@locallink.net.i appreciate any help you can give me asap.
