Several days ago, a power loss knocked off the computer. The Mcafee Virus Scan that had previously worked now states the above "incorrect v shield device driver version" and my Outlook Express email no longer works. I attempted to remedy following directions to configure VShield to start automatically again. When I hit enable, the same message appeared again. I am at a loss and can't retrieve my email. I am also virtually computer illiterate and consider the endeavors I have made so far to be impressive for me. Any help ou can offer would be greatly appreciated. Keep it as simple and understandable as possible. Many thanks!
