Visual Studio Setup Error -- fp30wec.dll and vi30wrp.dll unable to register themselves in System Registry

I have windows 98se installed on my computer and was attempting to install Visual Studio 6.0. I got (4) errors. 1.File fp30wec.dll failed to register itself in registry. 2.File vi30wrp.dll failed to register itself in registry. 3.File msvcrt.dll path not found. 4.File msvcirt.dll path not found. I uninstalled the program, cleaned out all reminants of program from registry. I tried re-installing, same results.
